Video Work Examples
Ponatahi House
A video produced as part of a series to showcase this unique home, located in the Wairarapa, New Zealand. Working with the home owner and their creative marketing company, we produced a series of four videos targeting four potential types of buyers, to showcase the home, surrounding areas of the Wairarapa and Wellington and all that they have to offer.
The video was shot using both a DJI Air 2S and Sony A7R III paired with a DJI RS3 gimbal. Edited and colour graded in Premiere Pro.
Note that the aerial footage from downtown Wellington is purchased stock footage.
Douglas Park School - Inspire
I was approached by the staff of Douglas Park school in Masterton New Zealand to produce a series of three videos to use as part of their successful application for the Apple Distinguished Schools program. Apple describes schools accepted into the program as "centres of leadership and educational excellence that demonstrate Apple’s vision for learning with technology — and we believe they are some of the most innovative schools in the world."
The video was shot using a DJI Air 2S, Sony A7R III and DJI Osmo Pocket. Edited and colour graded in Premiere Pro.
Comedy Central New Zealand Idents
Brandspank was commissioned by Viacom to write and produce 6 fresh channel idents for Comedy Central New Zealand. The objective was to provide some brand spots that specifically cater to Comedy Central's local NZ audience.
Photographed with a Canon 5D Mk II using Dragonframe stop-motion software and then composited in After Effects.
